Shri Om Prakash Gupta S. D.P.Model Senior Secondary School organized Teej festival, on Punjabi theme was celebrated with great pomp & show . Children of the school came dressed in Punjabi attire, following the Covid rules, the decoration of the school was done according to the Punjabi theme.
The main objective of this Teej festival organized under the guidance and leadership of Shri Balraj Kumar Bhasin ji, President of S.D.P. Sabha and Schools, is to stick to our culture, our language, and make ourselves a new beginning out of the fear of Corona period.
Children presented dance on Punjabi songs & Boliyan . On this occasion Miss. Teej , Miss gorgeous , Miss Charming was also Selected and some food stalls were also set up.
Due to the Covid epidemic, it was decided to invite a limited number of children to this festival. So that children could enjoy this Teej celebrations. The school principal thanked all the staff members and children.
